At Launch Family Entertainment - Herndon, the safety of our guests is top priority. As such, no outside food or drink is permitted inside the facility, including but not limited to cakes, snacks, food, and beverages.

 

Exception: Guests who have purchased an Event Package are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes, which may only be enjoyed during your designated private room time.

Additional Information:

1. All food and drink MUST stay on the main level of our facilty and may not be brought to the jump level.

 

2. All strollers are prohibated on the jump level and MUST remain on the main level at all times

 

3. Parents/Grandparents are the ONLY free spectators allowed on the jump level. All other patrons MUST purchase a jump band and a pair of launch grips socks to be on the jump level of our facility.
