Launch Family Entertainment Herndon does not allow any outside food or drink to be brought into our facilty. This includes but not limited to birthday cakes (the ONLY exception to a cake is when you have a scheduled party package with us).

Inclement Weather Policy:

During the winter season where ice or snow are a possibility Launch will use the following guidelines:

1. We will not reschedule without a 72 hour notice unless there is ice or snow on the roads

2. If, on the morning of your scheduled event you feel there are unsafe road conditions please call or email us so we can reschedule your event

3. If, on the morning of your scheduled event, Launch feels there are unsafe road conditions for our staff and customers, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule your event

4. Any event cancelled will result in a forfeit of your event deposit
