Outside Food & Drink Policy:

At Launch Family Entertainment - Herndon, the safety of our guests is top priority. As such, no outside food or drink is permitted inside the facility, including but not limited to cakes, snacks, food, and beverages.

 

Exception: Guests who have purchased an Event Package are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes, which may only be enjoyed during your designated private room time.

A-LIST Event Package – $689

Our most inclusive party experience for guests who want it all. The A-LIST package includes 2 total hours of jump time, a private event room for 45 minutes, and the most food, drinks, and activities of any package. Guests enjoy a 1-Hour Action Pass before eating, followed by Unlimited Action Pass after eating, plus arcade credits and Laser Tag.

How many people will be attending the event?

Adult Guests:
Adults (18 and older) are welcome to attend as free spectators. However, if they wish to participate in attractions during the event and receive Launch grip socks, they must either be added to the event at a rate of $12 per adult or purchase their own Launch grip socks and ticket at the regular price at the front counter.
 

Please Note:
Each room accommodates up to 30 guests total, including both children and adults. Additional seating for guests is available in our Lounge, a public space where guests can relax during the event.
