Outside Food & Drink Policy:

At Launch Family Entertainment - Herndon, the safety of our guests is top priority. As such, no outside food or drink is permitted inside the facility, including but not limited to cakes, snacks, food, and beverages.

 

Exception: Guests who have purchased an Event Package are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes, which may only be enjoyed during your designated private room time.

MVP Event Package – $429

Our basic event package that covers the essentials for a fun, stress-free celebration. The MVP Package includes 2 total hours, a private event room for 45 minutes, and 1 hour of action-packed fun before eating. With pizza, drinks this package is perfect for simple celebrations that still deliver a great experience.

Ideal for those looking for a straightforward party option without additional upgrades.

  • Fountain drink pitchers (4 total, 1 flavor) during room time

How many people will be attending the event?

Adult Guests:
Adults (18 and older) are welcome to attend as free spectators. However, if they wish to participate in attractions during the event and receive Launch grip socks, they must either be added to the event at a rate of $12 per adult or purchase their own Launch grip socks and ticket at the regular price at the front counter.
 

Please Note:
Each room accommodates up to 30 guests total, including both children and adults. Additional seating for guests is available in our Lounge, a public space where guests can relax during the event.
